I cannot get enough watermelon in the summer, and this drink is the ultimate summer refresher. Serve it up ice cold at a summer cookout or by the poolside.
Watermelon Agua Fresca
Servings 6 servings
Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth and blended. Strain through a fine mesh strainer if needed.
