Pumpkin Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing until well blended.

  2. Roll into 1 1/2- to 2-inch balls. 

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
