Roasted Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) package frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Pat edamame dry with a towel to remove all excess moisture. Combine edamame, oil, seasoning, and salt on a large rimmed baking sheet, tossing gently to coat.

  2. Bake 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until browned and crunchy. Let cool on pan 5 minutes.
