Karly's Guacamole

  • 3 medium-size ripe avocados
  • Juice of 2 to 3 limes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Halve avocados. Scoop out flesh with a spoon, and place in a large bowl. Add lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper, and mash with a potato masher or fork until chunky. 

  2. Add cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, and garlic, and stir until blended.
