Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup 1% milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings: Sliced fruit, cocoa powder, unsweetened flaked coconut, Greek yogurt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid; stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or up to 4 days.
