Healthier ​Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped apple (or peaches or halved grapes)
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat.
