​Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 1% or skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid; stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or up to 4 days.

Note: If you're watching your blood sugar, use a light vanilla Greek yogurt. Prepared this way, each serving has 310 calories, 47 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber, 20 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fat.
