Easy Chicken and Veggie Pasta Salad

  • 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added sweet peas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium-size sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Italian or vinaigrette dressing


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss until well combined.
