​Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned OR quick oats
  • 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup 1% or nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • Dash pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days.
